Returns and refunds
SK-Sumo will only refund the buyer after we confirm receipt of the returned item. If the buyer does not respond within the pre-specified time period, SK-Sumo will automatically refund the buyer without prior notice. Refunds will be debited to the credit card/bank account specified by the customer on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: For COD orders, it is the customer's responsibility to provide bank account information in order to receive a refund.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold SK-Sumo harmless from, or against, any claim, suit, or other liability/responsibility, damages, claims, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, any other dispute resolution costs) arising out of or in connection with any action by SK-Sumo under the Returns Policy and Refund this.
