Sikalastic® 632

Sikalastic® 632 R is a 1-component Poly-Urethane paint that, when dry, forms a resilient film for waterproofing. After finishing construction, Sika Lastic 632 paint creates a continuous, tough, highly elastic, jointless film, which is a long-lasting waterproofing solution for outdoor roof floors, concrete floors, masonry, fibro roofs,... very good.

Sikalastic^® 632 products must be stored safely in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging between 10°C and 30°C in a dry environment. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

​Notes when applying waterproofing with Sikalastic^® 632

- Roof waterproofing: For a stable coating, UV resistance, prolonging the use of roof structure, 2 layers of Sika Lastic 632 surface: Concrete, metal, Fibro ciment, mortar, tile.

- Reinforced waterproofing: An effective waterproofing solution for new construction and remodeling projects. For works with less load-bearing surfaces and light traffic loads.

Do not apply Sika Lastic 632 to high humidity, continuously watered surfaces. On easily ventilated surfaces, ensure that the surface is completely dry and that application should be made when the ambient and surface temperatures drop during this process. If the temperature is increased during application, "bubbles" may appear due to the increased evaporation of water.

In severe cases, use Sikalastic® Primer for support. This product should be used in conjunction with an occupational safety system. Before commencing work, be sure to fully assess other hidden money risks.

• Do not use Sikalastic® 632 for indoor applications
• Do not apply Sikalastic® 632 directly onto the XPS sheet
• Do not use near the air duct of a running air conditioner
• The product can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer. Apply well with a brush in difficult places. Apply the next layer after the first coat has dried
• The product can be coated with itself. Refer to “coating coating” in the product detail table
• On oil-paper layers, a complete reinforcement system should be used, however, if a complete reinforcement system is not used, a reinforcing plate should be used (e.g. Sika® Reemat Premium from Sikalastic® Fleece 120) to Overlay seams or coatings
• Soft or volatile asphalt material can be placed underneath the mantle
• There are suitable systems to meet different driving load requirements. For specific instructions,
• Do not apply adhesives or cementitious products directly to Sikalastic® 632 surfaces (e.g. grout).
• Do not use salt or other anti-caking agents between Sikalastic® 632 coatings, which may affect product hardness and adhesion.
• Sikalastic® 632 is resistant to most soils, conventional cleaning solutions in the environment and the product meets the first mention requirement of increased chemical resistance.
